Schiffman Enterprises was founded by Todd Schiffman after a highly successful career in the music industry representing rock legends The Doors, Jefferson Airplane, Janice Joplin and many others. His interests are still represented by ATM/PORTOFINO Music and ITASCA Records.

Mr. Schiffman turned his attention in the 1970s to pioneering commercial real estate development and investment in West Los Angeles and around the John Wayne Airport in Orange County. Today Mr. Schiffman is a very active commercial real estate investor focused on retail shopping centers and single-tenant, triple-net investments in the Southern California area, with significant holdings in both Los Angeles and Orange County.

His holding company Schiffman Enterprises consists of the Todd I. Schiffman Living Trust primarily responsible for major real estate and financial investments, the TIS EQUITIES Companies, the Todd Schiffman Foundation, and numerous other partnerships and investments.
