Todd Schiffman is always searching for smart investments. Single-tenant, triple net commercial real estate properties with reputable national tenants, in highly desirable Southern California areas, are his primary investment targets. You are encouraged to contact us with any potential deals.

Mr. Schiffman and his team are responsible for over thirty-five commercial real estate properties in the most prosperous areas of Orange and Los Angeles counties. There are twenty-seven retail properties, including large shopping centers, four industrial properties, and four multi-family properties.

Biography.

 

Todd I. Schiffman was born in Chicago, Illinois on July 2, 1941 just before his family relocated to Los Angeles where he grew up. He attended San Jose State University graduating in 1963 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and television production.

Mr. Schiffman worked his way through college as a Jazz and Ragtime bandleader performing with his own band, The Hot Toddys. After graduation, Mr. Schiffman was engaged as an agent and put in charge of the Contemporary Music Division of the Ashley Famous Agency, now known as ICM, where he represented contemporary musical acts such as Jefferson Airplane, The Doors, Janice Joplin, Chicago, Three Dog Night, Steppenwolf, The Band and Bob Dylan. Mr. Schiffman eventually started his own highly successful personal management, record production and music publishing company called Schiffman Larson Management. Among Schiffman Larson clients were The Iron Butterfly, Loggins & Messina, Poco, Blues Image and Boz Scaggs.

After twelve years in the entertainment industry, Mr. Schiffman changed careers and became an active real estate investor and developer starting his companies Schiffman Enterprises and Schiffman Property Management in 1976. His real estate portfolio features over 40 commercial properties consisting of apartment buildings in Los Angeles, industrial warehouse and manufacturing in the Irvine area, retail big box shopping centers and multiple single-tenant, triple net properties featuring national credit tenants such as Walmart, Ralphs, Stater Brothers, 7-Eleven, Denny's, Taco Bell, Del Taco, Starbucks, Ross, Staples, Petsmart, Burger King, Car'ls Jr., Raising Cane, Walgreens, and Marshalls.

Mr. Schiffman currently resides in Beverly Hills and Laguna Beach, California.
